Bicarbonate, how to use it
It is one of the products almost always present in every home, the bicarbonate, the perfect ally in household chores, cooking and beauty. For personal hygiene, baking soda can be used as toothpaste to whiten one’s teeth, perhaps accompanied by a few drops of mint essential oil.

Adding just one teaspoon to baking powder for cakes and pies will result in well-risen cakes. In case of poor digestion, also, bicarbonate is useful against stomach acidity. Just take a teaspoon dissolved in a glass of water with some lemon juice.
Finally, baking soda can be used for household cleaning as an alternative to regular detergents.
